By accessing and using Morula Market ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

Morula Market provides an online property marketplace allowing users to post, browse, search, and enquire about land, plots, farms, and commercial spaces within Botswana. We do not act as a licensed real estate agency, nor do we participate in transactions between buyers and sellers directly.

3. User Accounts & Verification

To post property listings or save properties, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to verify user details, phone numbers, and land ownership documentation to ensure Platform integrity.

4. Property Listing Guidelines

When listing a property, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date, and truthful information about the property.
  • Only list properties you own, represent, or have legal authority to sell.
  • Refrain from posting misleading prices or false descriptions.
  • Upload actual photos of the property rather than generic placeholder imagery.

5. Verified Listings & Documentation

Sellers can apply for a "Verified" status. Applying requires uploading legal documentation such as title deeds or land board certificates. While Morula Market checks document presence and basic registry validation, buyers are encouraged to perform complete due diligence prior to purchasing.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to post scam listings, spam messages, copy other listings without consent, harvest other users' contact information, or engage in any fraudulent activity. Violation of these terms will lead to immediate account suspension and referral to authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Morula Market is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, disputes, fraud, or damage arising from interactions, negotiations, or transactions between users of the Platform. Property transactions are performed at users' own risk.
